I operate the company with my husband Ben Mickley, my brother Scott Rampage, and my father Dave Rampage. I enjoy the bond and teamwork we have as a family and enjoy working with them daily. When my dad entered the industry, it was 1987 and he was working for a large discount company that averaged more than 10 jobs a day. The company he worked for wanted their employees to rush through the jobs, and they could not give each customer the personal touch they deserved. He struggled with that and thought he could do it better his way. In 1989, he took the plunge and started his own company with the mission of Honor. My dad always says you must always do as you say you will.
